Slumbry: Sleep Stories ("Slumbry," "we," "our," or "us") is developed by Sinan Cengiz, based in Turkey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use our iOS application.
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information.
Slumbry functions without requiring an account, login, or any personal details.
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment information, name, Apple ID, or email address.
We use RevenueCat solely for subscription management. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated device token to verify your subscription status. This token contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify you as an individual.

We do not collect analytics, behavioral data, crash reports, usage statistics, or device identifiers.

Slumbry is 100% ad-free. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
Slumbry is designed for families and adults. The app is not exclusively directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, the app is appropriate for use under parental supervision.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our app, contact us at sinan.cengiz82@icloud.com and we will address it promptly.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to provide or delete — but you are welcome to contact us at sinan.cengiz82@icloud.com for any formal request. We will respond within 30 days.
The legal basis for subscription token processing is Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract.

All subscription verification occurs over encrypted connections. We maintain no personal data on our own servers, minimizing breach risk to near zero.
The developer is based in Turkey. RevenueCat operates in the US. Only anonymous, non-identifiable tokens are transmitted — no Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions are required.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of Slumbry constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
